Advanced Coronary Imaging- Level 2 Cardiac MR Training

Course Description: A high volume, cardiac MR angiography course featuring didactic and proctored hands on cases. Satisfactory completion results in a certificate of cases that can be applied to case requirements of the ACCF/AHA. Students will receive protocols, equipment lists, and physician dictation of cases included during course. The goal of the course is acquire sufficient cases volumes (50 performed cases and 150 interpreted cases) to meet the level 2 requirements of the ACCF/AHA.

Course Length: Two week course

Enrollment: 2 student maximum per course

Faculty: Gerald Blackwell, MD, FACC (Level 3 ACCF/AHA CVMR trained)

Target Audience: Cardiologists and radiologists seeking to acquire level 2 training in cardiovascular MR.
