Endovascular Vein Harvesting Course for the PA Course Description: Hands on and didactic training on advanced anatomy and physiology, the placement, implementation, and use of scoping devices, initial incision considerations and techniques, safety precautions, and post operative wound care as related to endovascular vein harvesting. Enrollment: 3 student maximum per course Faculty: Lou Warnken, PA-C Target Audience: Surgical physician’s assistants wanting to acquire endovascular vein harvesting skills. Location: Holston Valley Medical Center Tuition: $2,000 Intravascular Line Placement Course Course Description: Didactic and hands on model training on advanced anatomy and physiology, arterial line placement techniques, central venous pressure (CVP) line placement techniques, and placing Swann catheters, peripheral IVs, and PIC lines as related to intravascular line placement.
