Complex Percutaneous Coronary Intervention Course Course
Description: A high volume advanced PCI course featuring didactic and
proctored hands on cases. Satisfactory completion results in a
certificate of cases (approximately 10 cases) that can be applied to
case requirements of the ACC. Students will receive training on vein
graft interventions with proximal and distal protection devices,
rotablator interventional techniques, bifurcation interventional cases,
and IVUS based intervention. Students will receive protocols, equipment
lists, and physician dictation of cases included during course. Enrollment: 3 student maximum per course Faculty: D. Christopher Metzger, MD, FACC Target Audience: Cardiologists desiring to acquire advanced intervention skills on advanced level cases. Location: Holston Valley Medical
