This deposit guarantees your enrollment in the desired course and is non-refundable yet may be applied to other courses if you have to change attendance dates for unforeseeable reasons. The balance of your tuition will be due 90 days prior to the date of the course for courses involving a temporary medical license and 30 days before the date of the course for non-licensed courses. Rescheduling course dates will not be permitted inside the 90 and 30 day windows as we will be unable to refill your seat at the designated course. Cancellation Policy CVU reserves the right to cancel any program due to insufficient registrations or circumstances beyond its control. Registrants will be notified at the earliest possible date in the event of a cancellation. Registration fees for courses cancelled by CVU will be refunded in full, however CVU will not be liable for any loss, damages or other expenses that such cancellations may cause.
